The event takes place once a year to create contacts between students of the Yurgo School looking for an internship and companies interested in finding interns.
Collaboration of 3 designers and 2 developers. My role is UX/UI designer.
✱ Increased communication quality during events.
✱ Increased knowledge about companies among students.
✱ Companies must find value in registering and thus be given the opportunity to find the right students during the internship period.
✱ Students must be able to create a better understanding and level of knowledge before the internship period.
✱ Finding the right candidate often involves a lengthy and expensive hiring process.
